A folk ensemble? For years it has been labelled ‘more of a girls' thing’. Yet many boys dance in the ensemble – the same boys who score goals on the pitch or play guitar riffs in everyday life. Folk dance does not take away from other passions; it strengthens them. That is why everyone interested was invited to the workshops.
