Dear Parents,

This coming Saturday, parents of pupils in classes A3 and B2 are on duty; on 15 June, parents of pupils in classes C1 and C2. Please be there!

What's coming up soon?

8 June – Summer Day celebrations. We kindly ask children and parents who are on the school premises to dress in outfits or accessories associated with the first day of summer, e.g. floaty dresses, flower crowns, flowers, clothes in colours such as yellow, orange or green; perhaps some costumes? bees, butterflies, etc. In return, we ask you to bring donations in the form of chocolates, boxes of chocolates, wine, or soft toys that your children no longer need but are in good condition, etc., which will be used for the raffle at the end of the school year (6 July).

Family Day in class B2.

From 8 June, chess lessons will begin at our school. Pupils of our school are invited to the sessions first. Children from outside the school will also be accepted if places are available. The sessions will take place after lessons at 12:40. Cost of the sessions: £8. The coach will be Mr Łukasz Piecha, a FIDE chess trainer and teacher at CSC and at Princes Mead, a private school in Winchester. If you are interested in the sessions, please contact the Headteacher: psscroydon.kukula@gmail.com, or come to school on 8 June and sign up directly with the coach. On 8 June, parents must be present during the meeting and the first session with Mr Piecha. You are warmly invited!

9 June (Sunday) – 14:00 – First Holy Communion of pupils of our school at St. Gertrudes parish.

15 June – Family Day in classes B1, D1, D2, D3, F

22 June – school closed due to the Summer Fair at Purley Oaks Primary School.

29 June – Family Day in classes A1, A2, A3.

6 July – end of the school year. Family BBQ.

Please RETURN BOOKS TO THE SCHOOL LIBRARY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. In accordance with the library rules, every pupil must settle their account with the library before the end of the school year. If a book has been lost, please also get in touch. The ladies working in the library are often also on duty after lessons, waiting for borrowers.

After-school clubs run until 29/06, unless the leaders of individual clubs have made other arrangements. In that case they will let you know in individual messages.
