Dear Parents,
This Saturday, parents of pupils in classes C1 and D1 are on duty, and on 30 November parents of pupils in classes C2 and A-level. Please do attend! Thank you all for joining in the Children In Need campaign. We managed to raise £264.79 for the charity. Brilliant – thank you!
On Saturday we will celebrate the first Family Day at school – in the GCSE class. The class will stage a play based on Sławomir Mrożek's story ‘Śpiąca Królewna’ (‘Sleeping Beauty’). Parents of students in this class are warmly invited at 11:50. Soon it will be time to exchange good wishes. At the initiative of Ms Iwona Kula-Ligęza, we would like to introduce a custom of offering good wishes not only to those we know and like, but also to those we pass by at school.
If you would like to take part, we ask you to write your wishes on cards (Christmas cards or ordinary, colourful slips of paper) and give them to the form teachers. The cards do not need to be signed; they can be anonymous. On Festive Day (7 December) all the cards will be in a basket, from which everyone will be able to pick one for themselves and take it home. We will be collecting cards until 30 November.
On 7 December our school will hold its Festive Day. Parents interested in booking a stall and selling their goods are asked to contact the Chair of the Parents' Committee, Ms Dominika Gawaluch: rodzice.szkola.pl@gmail.com
Kind regards, Irena Kukuła, Headteacher
