Dear Parents,
As announced a week ago, school classes start on 19 September.
On that day the parents of Zerówka 1 and the parents of GCSE students are on duty. On 26 September the parents of pupils in class E2 are on duty.
GENERAL INFORMATION
-
Pupils and teachers will work in classes and year groups in so-called ‘Bubbles’.
-
Pupils must bring a lunch and a bottle of water. Until Purley Oaks changes its guidance, children will eat their meals in the classroom, in their ‘Bubbles’. We would remind you that there is a strict ban on bringing and eating NUTS, including coconut, at school. Please make sure that children and adults on the school premises do not have any snacks containing the above products. Please pay particular attention to spreads such as Nutella. Sweets / confectionery and sugar-based products such as lollipops are also not allowed.
-
In addition to their usual school equipment, children should bring a packet of tissues and (if possible) a packet of antibacterial wipes and/or hand sanitiser.
-
Parents and carers will not be allowed into the school building, but will be allowed onto the playground. Everyone should keep their distance from one another, in line with the guidance – about 2m from each other and from the school building. To minimise the number of people in the school playground, only one parent may accompany a child to school.
-
Parents who wish to contact the school should call: 074 27 54 70 20 or 075 77 80 59 11
-
Pupils do not need to wear masks at school.
-
Mobile phones:
Mobile phones may not be used or looked at in the school building. During lessons, phones must be switched off and placed at the bottom of the rucksack. Given that phones are considered breeding grounds for germs, pupils who do not follow the rules will be asked to put their phones in a special box. Pupils/parents will be able to collect confiscated phones at the end of the school day.
- Because children are not allowed to mix across groups, extra-curricular activities are cancelled until December 2020. The exceptions are: – Wisła Kraków UK Londyn – Football Academy. For information about the sessions, contact Mr Piotr Warszawa on – Speech therapy consultations with the neurologopaedist (speech and language therapist), Ms Anna Jamrozik.
