‘Dear all, I kindly ask you to complete this questionnaire, which was prepared for a bachelor's dissertation at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Piotrków Trybunalski branch, by Anna Biskup, a third-year undergraduate student of early childhood and pre-school education with English language teaching. The aim of the research is to gather information on the topic: Bilingualism – its effect on a child's cognitive and linguistic development, using the example of English. The questionnaire is anonymous and its results will be used for research purposes. Please circle the chosen answer or write in the dotted spaces. Thank you very much for your time’.
