Dear Parents,
Last week our school hosted history workshops organised by the Instytut Pamięci Narodowej (Institute of National Remembrance) in Gdańsk in cooperation with the ‘Wspólnota Polska’ Association (Association of the Polish Community). We extend our thanks, through Ms Sylwia Kosiec, for coming to our school and leading the sessions.
The following events are coming up in October:
7 October, 12:45 – General Meeting of the School Council. All parents of our school have the right and the duty to attend the meeting. During the meeting, reports will be presented on the school's educational, pastoral, administrative and financial activities in the 2016/2017 school year.
On 14 October at 11:40, the pupil induction ceremony (Pasowanie na Ucznia) for children in the A classes will take place. Parents of children in the A classes are warmly invited to this ceremony. We will meet in the sports hall (Large Hall). Information about the children's dress and all further details will be passed on to you by the class teachers.
I would also like to let you know about an upcoming event in London. The annual ‘Language Show’ will take place on 13–15 October. It is an event for language enthusiasts and language professionals from all over the world. Entry is free, as is taking part in short taster lessons in various foreign languages. You only need to register to receive a ticket.

21 October is the date of the school psychologist's next session at our school. Only one consultation slot remains, at 12:25. Please get in touch.
This coming Saturday, parents of pupils in class C3 are on duty; on 14 October, parents of pupils in class C2.
