Dear Parents,
Please remember that, according to the school calendar, there are no lessons this Saturday. Lessons after half-term begin on 11 November at 9:00. On that day we will be supporting the Children In Need appeal. We ask children to come to school in their pyjamas and to bring a small donation for the charity. You can find more information at:
https://bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/fundraisinghub
Good news for those who did not get a place in the Krav Maga self-defence classes: Ms Izabela Budner is running an additional intake. Children must be at least 5 years old. Interested parents are asked to contact izabelabudner1979@gmail.com or the Headteacher.
We are also taking registrations for English classes for parents. Classes will run in two groups: Group A (beginners, CEFR level A1–A2) 9:00–10:00,
Group B (intermediate and advanced, CEFR B1–C1) 11:25–12:25. Classes will be taught by a native speaker with 5 years' experience of teaching English
in Poland.

Please also remember that until 18 November 2017 we are collecting a contribution of £4 per child for the St Nicholas' Day present. Contributions will be collected by the ladies working in the school library (staff room). You can also hand the money to your child's class teacher. The contribution is not compulsory, but if it is not paid by the above date, your child will not receive a present during the visit from St Nicholas. We would very much like to avoid this. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact the Headteacher.
The school library is open 9:00–13:00. It is located in the staff room, which parents can reach through the Main Entrance.
On 11 November, parents of class B1 pupils are on duty; on 18 November, parents of class B2 pupils.
With warm regards Irena Kukuła
Headteacher
