1 st FOX IN THE BOX Tournament 1v1
Football is more than a game, it is a passion!
8 JULY 2017
Polish Saturday School South Croydon
Regina Coeli Catholic Primary School, 173 Pampisford Road
Croydon
Organiser: Fox in the Box Football Academy
Aim of the tournament: To promote active ways of spending free time and healthy sporting competition. To spread the principles of Fair Play. To improve 1vs1 football skills.
Rules and competition format: The tournament is divided into three categories: up to U7, U9, over U10. Each player must arrive with a parent or carer and hand in a participation card (surname, first name, date of birth) 15 minutes before the tournament starts. Each team consists of one player (with no division by gender). The competition format will depend on the number of players entered. All the rules of football apply during the tournament. Matches last 90 seconds. The clock is stopped whenever the ball leaves the field of play. If the score is level after 90 seconds, extra time is played until the first goal (golden goal). After a goal is conceded, play restarts from the goal of the player who conceded it. In cases of particularly unsporting behaviour, a player may be excluded from the tournament.
