Dear Parents,
we are passing on an invitation to the musical ‘Szalony Zielony Bez’ (‘Crazy Green Lilac’), based on the work of Agnieszka Osiecka. The show returns to London following last year's successes at POSK (the Polish Social and Cultural Centre) and at the International Festival in Boston – it was a project full of emotion, for which every ticket sold out.

Agnieszka Osiecka (1936–1997) was a poet, journalist and lyricist whose songs have become a permanent part of Polish culture – among them ‘Niech żyje bal’ (‘Long Live the Ball’) and ‘Małgośka’. Successive generations of performers still turn to her lyrics.
