Dear Parents
The end of the school year is almost here! The last Saturday before the summer holidays
8 July – duty for parents of pupils in class B2
We kindly ask you to report to Mr Sebastian before 9:00 – this time in the playground – to sign the duty list and collect your vests.
During the BBQ (after the school reports have been handed out), we will ask those on duty to keep the artificial lawns clean and to help with tidying up after the BBQ.
We already ask all of you not to go on the lawn with food, ice cream or drinks. The areas for eating will be clearly marked and designated.
It is important that each of us helps as best we can. Let’s be together on the last day of the school year – we very much ask you to!
So that our BBQ is full of good food, we also warmly ask parents for their support and, if possible, to bring cakes and biscuits for sale on 8 July. We will take care of everything else ourselves
As we have children with allergies at the school, all cakes must be ‘nut free’. THANK YOU!!!!
END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR – 8 July 2023
9:00 – meeting in the classrooms for pupils and parents of the Pre-school and Zerówka. Pupils and parents then go to the family picnic.
9:00 – pupils in classes A, B1, B2 and C, together with their parents, go straight to the sports hall (Dining Hall). At around 9:10 – presentation of model pupil diplomas. Pupils and parents then go to their classrooms for the handing out of school reports.
9:00 – pupils in classes D1, D2, E1, E2, F, G, JPJO and GCSE 1, together with their parents, meet in their classrooms. School reports are handed out in the classrooms.
At 9:35 – meeting in the sports hall for pupils and parents of the classes listed above. Presentation of model pupil diplomas. Pupils and parents then go to the family picnic. At 10:15 – a performance by Teatr Trip (Trip Theatre) in the Theatre Hall
