Dear Parents!

The duty on 3 October will be covered by the parents of A-level students and Pre-school pupils; on 10 October by the parents of pupils in classes A and G. We kindly ask for your attendance!

Since the return to school, the vast majority of parents and pupils have shown maturity and flexibility; we are adapting quickly and effectively to the changes we have had to introduce. Thank you!! Special thanks go to the parents on duty.

As you know, to keep everyone safe, we have introduced ‘group bubbles’. Teachers collect their pupils at set times from designated places. Please make sure that you arrive on time. All the information on this was sent in the e-mails of 19 and 26 September. We would also remind you that, in line with procedures beyond our control, parents are not allowed to enter the school building. The exception is parents on duty, who must wash and sanitise their hands before entering the school. While on the school premises, you must wear an orange vest at all times and keep strictly to the ‘bubble’ to which you are assigned.

Failing to follow the rules puts others at risk, especially at this crucial moment when COVID rates are starting to rise again. It also raises the fear of the school having to close, which we want to avoid at all costs!

We encourage the children to use the school library. Some pupils have not yet returned books borrowed last year. Please bring them back! Books returned by the children go through a week’s quarantine. But we have plenty of other books waiting on the shelves!! Recently, Mr and Mrs Dworakowski gave us some beautiful books: ‘Nela, mała podróżniczka’ (Nela, the Little Explorer) and ‘Dzieciaki świata – Martyny Wojciechowskiej’ (Children of the World by Martyna Wojciechowska). We also received the set ‘Elementarz dla klasy I’ (A Primer for Class 1), which our teachers will certainly use in their work with the children. Dorota, Rafał – thank you so much!

See you on Saturday
