Dear Parents,
On 29 June the parents of pupils in classes E and Z1 are on duty. Please do attend!
On 6 July our school will hold its end-of-year celebration.
Plan for 6 July: 8:50–9:00 – pupils arrive at school,
9:00 – pupils and parents of Pre-school, Zerówka 1 and Zerówka 2 meet in their classrooms. After the certificates are handed out, pupils and parents make their way to the family picnic.
9:00 – pupils in classes A–C and their parents come straight to the Theatre Hall. Entrance from the street via the Main Entrance. At around 9:10 – presentation of certificates and awards for Model Reader and Model Pupil. Pupils and parents then go to their classrooms to receive their school reports.
9:00 – pupils in classes D–I and their parents meet in their classrooms. School reports are handed out in the classrooms. At 9:35 – pupils and parents of classes D–I meet in the sports hall. Presentation of certificates and awards for Model Reader and Model Pupil. Pupils and parents then make their way to the family picnic.
10:00 – Official opening of the family picnic for visitors from outside the school.
We warmly ask parents to bring all kinds of cakes and bakes to sell at our BBQ. We would also be grateful for vegetable and Greek salads (please bring the dressing separately).
Picnic attractions:
BBQ, a prize raffle, a play prepared by pupils under the direction of Ms Jolanta Janson, a simultaneous chess exhibition, football competitions, an entertainer, a Toddlers' Corner and other attractions.

10:15 – Play in the Theatre Hall
You are invited to a play that takes us on a journey through the centuries in search of the colours of childhood. Over almost 40 minutes, we will visit several periods important to Poland to glimpse the everyday lives of children, their games and their duties. During the performance you will be able to listen to folk songs accompanied by the piano and sing along with the performers. Surprises also await the audience!!!
10:00–11:00 – simultaneous chess exhibition with Łukasz Marek Piecha, a coach with the international chess organisation FIDE
We warmly invite children and parents to take part in the simultaneous exhibition on 10 chessboards.
(a chess match in which Mr Łukasz plays against many opponents at the same time, each playing a game on their own board). The prize for each win against the coach will be a FREE, FULL YEAR OF CHESS CLUB AT OUR SCHOOL.
From 11:15 to 12:15 – chess tournament
All interested children may take part in the tournament. The tournament will consist of 5 games of 10 minutes each. After 10 minutes, the result of each game will be decided. Points will be counted up.
Queen – 9 pts Rook – 5 pts Bishop – 3 pts
Knight – 3 pts Pawn – 1 pt
A child who gains an advantage of 4 pts wins the game and with it 3 points. A draw earns 2 points and a loss 1 point.
Prizes and medals will be awarded for the first 2 places.
Pride Football Academy will provide plenty of fun for all children throughout the fête. There will be a chance to try your hand at several competitions with prizes. Up for grabs are prizes and vouchers for a free month of training at the ‘Pride’ Academy.
Toddlers' Corner/Entertainer – fun and activities for the children will be provided by ‘Smile Factory’. You are warmly invited! With best wishes
