Dear Parents,
Duties falling on the coming Saturdays:
29/04/23 – B1 + D1
13/05/23 – A
We kindly ask you to attend. Lessons cannot take place if we cannot keep the children safe. The optimum number of adults on duty is 12–15. If there are no parents on duty, lessons at school should be cancelled.
As last year, we would like to invite you to take part in our ‘A Book Seeks a Friend’ campaign. If you have Polish books that you read long ago and no longer want, but which are in good condition, bring them to us this Saturday, 29 April. We will give them a second life! The books will be able to find new homes for a token pound each.
The book sale will take place on 13 May.
I am passing on a message received from the Parents' Committee:
‘We apologise for the delay in the Square Raffle draw; the number of squares sold did not allow us to close the raffle on the planned date (i.e. 8 April). The raffle will close and the main prize will be drawn next Saturday (29 April). We warmly encourage you to buy tickets until 12:00. A single square costs £2. To buy a ticket, please visit the café we run in the Theatre Hall during school hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept card payments, so please bring cash with you. All proceeds from the café and the raffle go entirely to school causes (including presents and prizes for the children).
Warm regards, and see you on Saturday.
The Committee’
I add my own warm regards.
