Dear Parents,

On 29 February the parents of pupils in classes B3 and D1 are on duty, and on 7 March the parents of pupils in classes B1 and C2.

A reminder to the parents of children entered for the Talent Festival that this Saturday (29/02) there will be a rehearsal in the second lesson. Depending on their needs, please make sure the children have their music on a memory stick, their instruments, sheet music and so on. In addition, if you have returned an entry form to us but have not received any information from Ms Iwona Chrzan, please write as soon as possible to: iwonachrzan@polskaszkolacroydon.com

We want to be sure that we have not missed anyone and that everyone is receiving our information.

The Talent Festival is also our school's Patron's Day. We kindly ask the children to come to school in smart, formal clothes on this day. We would like to mark, through what we wear, that this is an important day for our school.

On the day of the Talent Festival, you will be able to buy flowers for our performing stars at £0.70 each.

On 7 March we would also like to invite you to a special event: a concert by the remarkable jazz musician and pianist Dave Lee. The concert will take place at our school at 11:40, in the third lesson, straight after our pupils' performances.

Tickets can be bought from the teachers or in the school café, at £1 per pupil and £2 per adult. The money raised will go to the Parents' Committee fund for buying books for the children at the end of the school year and for organising the school BBQ.

We WARMLY ENCOURAGE parents to come to school early and attend the concert.

We have also been informed that the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London, together with Izba Adwokacka w Warszawie (the Warsaw Bar Association), is organising free legal advice sessions, which will take place on 6 March 2020, 14:00–18:00, and 7 March 2020, 11:00–16:00, at the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in London. During one-to-one consultations, lawyers will answer questions on matters including civil, family, inheritance, administrative, commercial and criminal law.

Registration is required and places are limited.

Details are also available on the embassy's website and Facebook page.
