Dear Parents,
This Saturday the parents of pupils in classes Z2 and D2 are on duty, and on 2 February the parents of pupils in A1 and C2. Please attend so that we can keep the children safe and run lessons.
Starting this week, duty information will appear at the beginning of the Headteacher's message. This was decided by the parents present at the meeting on 19 January at 9:00. I would like to thank most warmly the parents who came to that meeting. Here are the decisions that were made and voted on at the meeting:
If parents wish, class messaging groups will be set up. This will be handled by the form tutor or a designated parent. It will certainly make it easier to pass on information quickly, including reminding parents of an upcoming duty.
Parents proposed, and voted for, raising the penalty for not turning up for duty to £100.
Parents also proposed creating a reserve list of parents for duty.
We very much hope that these few changes will make a difference and improve the duty process. We will keep you informed about everything related to the duty rota.
This Saturday our school will hold its Carnival Day. The youngest children, from Pre-school, the Zerówka (pre-school year) classes and the A classes, will have a carnival party in the first lesson with an entertainer, Ms Milena Łapińska from Smile Factory. We kindly ask the children to dress up in their favourite costumes or outfits. For classes B–I we are planning a class cinema. Children in the older classes may bring small cushions, blankets and so on.

Please also remember that the school car park is reserved for people working for the school. Please do not block the entrance or take up parking spaces.
