Dear Parents,
We're up and running! We hope the children enjoyed coming back to school and that the afternoon spent with Justin Green helped too! We thank our sponsor for organising the fête for our children and parents! For all the fun we had together! We also thank Mr Sebastian Buczek, who tirelessly kept talking with the manager of Justin Green, thanks to which the return to school was joyful and tasty 🙂
We would also like to thank the parents Mr and Mrs Dworakowski and Mr Adam Grabowiec for donating books to our library. Every Polish-language book is worth more than gold to us – thank you!!!
From this Saturday, you may bring children between 8:50 and 9:00 through the school's main gate (Main gate) onto the school playground, or to the classrooms if they have a direct entrance. The exception is children from Zerówka 1 and Zerówka 2 (the pre-school year), who have separate entrances from the street. At 9:00 the main gate will be closed and late children will enter through the Main Entrance. The entrances will be signposted on Saturday for your information.
This Saturday our school begins its celebrations of the centenary of Poland regaining its independence. At 9:30 and 10:30 there will be concerts for our pupils entitled ‘Z muzyką ku niepodległości’ (‘With Music Towards Independence’). Parents are also welcome to join us for listening and singing together. Details on the posters.

After clubs, parents collect their children at the times and places set by the teachers running them. Please remember that, as in English schools, parents are STRICTLY forbidden from entering the school premises without first reporting to the school Office and collecting an ID badge. Only school staff and parents on duty – having first signed the Duty Book and received the appropriate vest – may be on the school premises.
Please make sure children bring lunch and water every Saturday. We remind you that bringing and eating NUTS, including coconut, is strictly forbidden at school. Please make sure that children and adults on the school premises do not have snacks containing these products. Please pay particular attention to spreads such as Nutella.
A child psychologist from the Stowarzyszenie Polskich Psychologów w Wielkiej Brytanii (Polish Psychologists' Association in the UK), Ms Agnieszka Romanik, will also hold sessions at the school. The next session will be on 22 September. Anyone interested in a meeting is asked to contact the Headteacher.
We remind you that until Saturday 22 September 2018 we are accepting Polish diaspora pupil ID cards (legitymacje polonijne) for renewal. Please hand them in to the school administrator.
This Saturday, 22 September, parents of pupils in Zerówka 1 and class H are on duty; on 29 September, parents of pupils in Zerówka 2 and class F.
Kind regards
Irena Kukuła, Headteacher
