Dear Parents,

The following events are coming up in October:

6 October, 12:45 – General Meeting of the School Council. All parents of our school have the right and the DUTY to attend the meeting. During the meeting, reports will be presented on the school's educational, pastoral, administrative and financial activities in the 2017/2018 school year. Parents who would like their children to be supervised during the meeting are asked to collect them from their classrooms and take them to classroom A3 (Ms Kasia Adams's room).

During the meeting we would also like to honour our pupils who sat GCSE Polish exams in the spring and passed them with outstanding results! They are:

  1. Nicola Karkut – grade A

  2. Anna Kukuła – grade A*

  3. Kamila Łupińska – grade A

  4. Zuzanna Pater – grade A

Warmest congratulations to the girls already!

Because of the General Meeting on 6 October, there will be no Krav Maga class for children. The next one will take place as planned on 13 October.

On 13 October at 11:40, the pupil induction ceremony (Pasowanie na Ucznia) for children in the A classes will take place. Parents of children in the A classes are warmly invited to this ceremony. We will meet in the theatre hall. Information about the children's dress and all further details will be passed on to you by the class teachers.

I would also like to let you know about an upcoming event in London. The annual ‘Language Show’ will take place on 9–11 November. It is an event for language enthusiasts and language professionals from all over the world. Entry is free, as is taking part in short taster lessons in various foreign languages. You only need to register to receive a ticket.

With warm regards,
