We are pleased to inform you that, through the school's efforts, we have received a grant from the Instytut Rozwoju Języka Polskiego (Institute for the Development of the Polish Language) of 16,390 zł, which after currency conversion came to £3,018.67.

In line with the purpose of the grant, the funds will be spent on:

  • office equipment and software,
  • textbooks for the GCSE and A-level classes.

The Institute, named after St Maximilian Maria Kolbe, supports, among other things, the teaching of Polish outside Poland, including the work of Polish community schools. For a Saturday school attended by children and young people growing up in Great Britain, the grant means better equipment and new textbooks for students preparing for their GCSE and A-level exams.

Information about funding for the school's equipment and day-to-day running, as required by the institutions that award support, is published on our Funding page.

Thank you!
