This Saturday we are going on a school trip to Tilgate Park.
Meet at 8:15, departure at 8:30 – St Elpheges Church car park, 120 Stafford Road, Wallington SM6 9AY. Return at around 16:00 to the same place.
CLASS ALLOCATION TO COACHES
Coach no. 1 – Pre-school, Zerówka 1
Coach no. 2 – Zerówka 2, Zerówka 3, Class F Coach no. 3 – Classes: A1, A2 Coach no. 4 – Classes: D, E1, E2 Coach no. 5 – Classes: C2, C3
Coach no. 6 – Classes: B1, B2, C1, G, H
Trip Rules Every participant in the school trip is required to:
Arrive punctually at the meeting point.
Wear clothing suited to the weather and the destination.
Wear a high-visibility vest with the school logo.
Follow the safety rules set and explained by the class teacher, supervisor or trip leader.
Behave courteously.
Follow all instructions from the class teacher, supervisor or trip leader.
Inform the class teacher, supervisor or trip leader of any health complaints and of any problems affecting the safety of the trip.
- Leave every place visited tidy.
During the trip, the following are forbidden:
Leaving the group without a supervisor's permission.
Taking medicines without a supervisor's knowledge.
Putting oneself or others in danger.
At the end of the trip, parents are required to collect their children at the designated place and time. If a child is to be collected by another person, the parent must inform the class teacher or the Headteacher of this in writing.
Please bring:
– A packed lunch and still water. Please do not give children any sweet fizzy drinks (such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Fanta, etc.) for the trip. Tissues, preferably wet wipes.
– If your child suffers from travel sickness, please provide plastic bags and suitable medication for the trip and the journey home, and give the medication at home half an hour before travelling. Please also let us know in advance which children have problems travelling by coach.
