Meeting with Patrycja Kuczewska for World Book Day

On Saturday, as part of our World Book Day celebrations, we welcomed Ms Patrycja Kuczewska, author of a book about Kostek and Gucio, to the school. The photos show how the meeting unfolded: a conversation with pupils gathered in front of the stage, a presentation of vivid paintings displayed on easels, the signing of the book, the presentation of flowers and warm hugs. World Book and Copyright Day, established by UNESCO in 1995, falls on 23 April and aims to encourage reading and to remind us of the work of authors.
