Dear Parents,

Another school year is coming to an end. The new one will bring some changes – we will share the details in a message next week.

Last duty of the 2024/2025 school year

On 5 July 2025 the duty will be carried out by parents of pupils in classes A1 and B1. Parents on duty are asked to report to Ms Ania Żukowska-Ford before 9:00, sign the duty list and collect their high-visibility vests. Ms Ania will be waiting for you in the corridor next to the Theatre Hall.

End of the school year on 5 July 2025

  • 9:00 – pupils of classes P, Z, A1, A2, B1, B2, C, D1 and D2, together with their parents, come straight to the Theatre Hall. At around 9:10 there will be a short farewell, after which pupils and parents will go to their classrooms for the presentation of school reports.
  • 9:00 – students of classes E, F, G, GCSE A and A-level 1, together with their parents, meet directly in their classrooms, where school reports will be handed out. After 9:30 pupils and parents go to the family picnic.

Please remember that once school reports have been handed out, children are in the care of their parents or carers.

Family picnic

To make sure our BBQ is full of good food, we warmly ask parents for their support and, if possible, to bring cakes and biscuits to sell on 5 July. Cakes already cut into slices would be a great help. As there are children with allergies at the school, everything must be nut free. We are also still looking for someone who could lend us a barbecue for the picnic.

What can you look forward to on 5 July?

  • a performance by the junior ‘Karolinka’ group,
  • burgers, hot dogs and sausages from the barbecue,
  • salads, cakes and biscuits,
  • a bouncy castle and a raffle,
  • soaps, and a chance to make your own,
  • a sale of second-hand Polish books,
  • handicrafts.

The main prize in the raffle is a year of free tuition for a child.

Please also bring cash, as not all stalls will have card readers. We also kindly ask you not to go onto the artificial turf with food, ice cream or drinks – the areas for eating will be clearly marked and signposted.

It is important that each of us helps in whatever way we can. Let us be together on the last day of the school year – we very much ask you to come. Enjoy yourselves, and see you on 5 July!
