Dear All!
Thank you to the parents who were on duty on 9 December!
On 16 December the parents of pupils in classes E2 and G are on duty. Please be there.
This will be the last school Saturday of the term. And a festive one too!
You are warmly invited to the gatherings, which have been divided into three groups:
Group I – Theatre Hall, 9:05–9:35 – Zerówka 1, Zerówka 2, classes A1, A2, B (5 classes in total) and parents with children in these classes. After the performance, the children, with their parents and class teachers, move to the Sports Hall for refreshments. These will finish at around 10:05. The children will then return to their classrooms with their class teachers, and we will ask parents to leave the hall/school so that we can prepare the hall for the next group.
Group II – Theatre Hall, 10:10–10:40 – classes C1, C2, D, E1, E2, F1, F2 (7 classes in total) and parents with children in these classes. After the performance, the children, with their parents and class teachers, move to the Sports Hall for refreshments. These will finish at around 11:10. The children will then return to their classrooms with their class teachers, and we will ask parents to leave the hall/school so that we can prepare the hall for the next group.
Group III – Theatre Hall, 11:10–11:40 – classes G, H, GCSE, A-level (4 classes in total) and parents with children in these classes. After the performance, the children, with their parents and class teachers, move to the Sports Hall for refreshments. These will finish at around 12:15. Then, at 12:30, all pupils go home.
We would be extremely grateful if you could support us with home baking that we could sell at the Christmas fair. Please just remember that we are a ‘nut-free’ school. The proceeds raised by the Parents' Committee will be used for our pupils' needs. Among other things, these proceeds paid for last Saturday's visit from St Nicholas. The children had great fun at the St Nicholas' Day party, with the presents they received and with the time spent together in the beautifully decorated Theatre Hall. Thank you to the Committee parents who ran the whole event. You are AMAZING!
