Dear Parents,
here is some information about classes on Saturday 15 November 2025 and preparations for December's Christmas Celebration.
Parent duties in Term 2
The sign-up form for Term 2 duties is now available. A reminder of the rules:
- Parents choose the date of their own duty using the form.
- Please choose only one date per term. If you sign up for two dates, we will expect you to attend both duties that term.
- If the date you have chosen turns out to be inconvenient, please contact the school administrator – by e-mail (administrator@polskaszkolacroydon.co.uk) or in person at school. It will be possible to change the date.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Children in Need and ID cards – 15 November 2025
On Saturday 15 November 2025 our school will take part in the British fundraising appeal for disabled children and children in need of support – BBC Children in Need.
- Please ask your children to bring a small donation for Children in Need. The Parents' Committee will be collecting donations in tins.
- Children are asked to come to school in their pyjamas; instead of pyjamas, they may wear accessories linked to the appeal.
- We also encourage adults working at the school that day to join in the ‘pyjama’ appeal.
On the same day, during lessons, class teachers will hand out to pupils the school ID cards that the consulate has stamped and returned to the school.
Christmas Celebration – 13 December 2025
Our Christmas Celebration is approaching and will take place on 13 December 2025. We are collecting prizes for the Christmas raffle and would be very grateful for your support. Welcome donations include:
- games, toys and puzzles – new or barely used,
- chocolates, alcohol and vouchers.
If you would like to hire a table at the Christmas Celebration to sell your own products, please speak to Ms Bogusia in the Theatre Hall on any Saturday. The number of tables is limited.
