A reminder that this Saturday the school will hold carnival parties:
Lesson 1 – Around the World – classes: Pre-school, Z1, Z2, Z3, A1, A2 Costumes: where possible, characters from different countries and continents of the world. If your child does not have such a costume, they can dress up however they can and wish
Lesson 2 – Superheroes – classes B1, B2, C1, C2, C3 Costumes: children dressed as characters from Marvel and DC comics, as well as real-life heroes: nurses, soldiers, knights, police officers and so on.
Lesson 3 – Escape from the Carnival – classes D, E1, E2, F, G, H Costumes: comfortable sportswear
On 3 February at 9:00 in the Large Hall (Theatre Hall) there will be a meeting between the School Board and our pupils' parents. You are warmly invited and encouraged to attend. We encourage all children to use the library! We really do have quite a lot of volumes. However, if any of you would like to part with Polish books, especially for the 10+ age group, we will gladly accept every book!
Enrolment is under way for children who would like to take part in the Talent Festival (Patron's Day), which will take place on 3 March 2018. Children can sign up until this Saturday with their form tutors or with Ms Iwonka Chrzan. We invite children who want to show off their talents and abilities! The Parents' Committee, in turn, is looking for talent among parents and invites anyone interested to run a free stall with their products, creative work or business. Do you want to sell something? Buy something? Can you offer a service to others? Join us every Saturday, 9:00–12:00, in the Theatre Hall at our school. For more information, please contact Ms Kasia Handzel of the Parents' Committee.
Parents who like to dance during carnival are invited, on behalf of the Polish Saturday School in Ealing, to the Prince's Ball! Details are attached.
I would also like to ask those of you living in or near Sutton for help. We are looking for someone who has a child at our school and could also, for a while, drive one additional child to school. The parents looking for help are currently unable to do so because of their health. For more information, please contact the Headteacher.
This Saturday the parents of pupils in classes E1 and D are on duty; next week, i.e. on 3/02/2018, the parents of pupils in classes C1 + C2.
Warm regards,
Irena Kukuła Headteacher
All ordered photos are now ready for collection; you can collect them in the morning on the playground when dropping the children off at school. During lessons we will be at the school reception next to the school café, with Mr Sebastian.
