Dear Parents,
This Saturday our pupils are going on a school trip to Mote Park. Below you will find the allocation of classes to coaches. The coaches will be numbered so that everyone knows which coach to go to.

Please check how to get there. It will NOT be possible to park or leave your car on the St. Elpheges parish grounds for the duration of the trip. The car park is operated by a private company that issues heavy fines to people who park there and do not belong to the parish. Please find an alternative car park.
Meeting between 8:00 and 8:15, departure at 8:30 2. Place and expected time of return from the trip:
St Elpheges Church car park, 120 Stafford Road, Wallington SM6 9AY – at around 16:00
- Address of the venue and contact telephone numbers: Mote Park, Mote Avenue ME157RN 07587743423 or 07427547020 At the end of this message I will remind you what the children should bring with them.
On 1 July we will begin (and hope to finish) moving our school's belongings. We ask all parents who have spare sturdy boxes to bring them to school on that day. We will also need every pair of hands and every car to help. If any of you have time and free space in your car/van, we would be very, very grateful for your help. Please let us know if you can help by e-mailing info@polskaszkolacroydon.co.uk.
The end of the school year will take place on 8 July. As always, it is combined with a family BBQ. Here, too, we ask all parents for their support and to bring cakes and salads (Greek and vegetable salad) to sell on 8 July.
And finally, once more, information about the trip on 24.06.2017:
Children should bring:
A packed lunch and still water. Please do not give children any sweet fizzy drinks for the trip (such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Fanta, etc.). Tissues, preferably wet wipes.
In case of travel sickness, please provide your child with plastic bags and appropriate medication for the trip and the return journey, and give the medication at home half an hour before travelling. Please also let us know in advance which children have problems travelling by coach.
The terms of our contract with the coach company state that eating on the coach is not allowed. We therefore ask that children eat a light breakfast at home before departure. On the day of the trip, please also do not give children eggs, cheese or other dairy products.
Depending on the weather, children should be suitably dressed and, in hot weather, should also have a sun hat. Please make sure children wear sports shoes, e.g. trainers. On arrival and before getting off the coach, children will receive school vests with the school logo. Children must wear them throughout the trip.
Children may bring picnic blankets (preferably named, or ones they will recognise as their own). They may bring a small soft ball (sponge football ball), a skipping rope, etc.
The school accepts no responsibility for pupils' lost or damaged electronic equipment (games, consoles, phones). Children have such items with their parents' knowledge and consent, and at their parents' own risk.
The children will travel on five coaches, provided by Westway Coach Services Limited and Edward Thomas&Son.
The journey is insured by the coach companies. Insurance for the time spent at the destination is covered by our school policy, which parents may view on request. Irena Kukuła, Headteacher
