Dear Parents,

We hope the children were happy to be back at school and are looking forward to the next Saturday!

We would remind you that on 21 September the parents of Zerówka pupils are on duty, and on 28 September the parents of A-level and E2 pupils.

From this Saturday, children can be brought in between 8:50 and 9:00 through the main school gate onto the school playground, or to their classrooms if the classrooms have a direct entrance. The exception is the Zerówka children, who have separate entrances from the street. At 9:00 the main gate will be closed, and late children will enter through the Main Entrance. From there they will be collected and taken to their classrooms by designated staff.

Teaching assistants, and parents who would like to start working with us in this role, are warmly invited to a meeting on Saturday at 9:10 in the theatre hall.

Please remember that, as in English schools, parents are STRICTLY forbidden to enter the school premises without first reporting to the school Office and collecting an ID badge. Only school staff and parents on duty are allowed on the school premises, after signing the Duty Book and receiving the appropriate vest.

This Saturday at 12:40 there will be a meeting in the theatre hall for parents of children preparing for First Holy Communion. You are warmly invited.

We would remind you that until Saturday 21/09/2019 we are accepting Polish diaspora pupil ID cards so that their expiry date can be extended. Please hand them in to the Administrator.

Warm regards
