Dear Parents!
In just two weeks, on 18 September, we will see each other at school again! We can't wait to see you and your children!
We are making preparations so that the time spent at school is joyful and productive, but above all safe for everyone. We are following the guidance of the UK Government and of Purley Oaks Primary School, whose premises we rent. We are waiting for the final guidance on reopening schools, which we should receive from the DfE. We do not yet know what Covid-19 procedures will apply to us, but we will let you know as soon as we know them.
We are sharing the information we have at the moment.
Every family, regardless of the number of children at the school, is required to do 3 duties during the school year. We try to plan the rota so that there is one duty per term. All further information, and the rules for swapping duties, can be found on the school website: https://polskaszkolacroydon.co.uk/kalendarz-dyzurow/. Please act responsibly and set aside time for your duty – without your help, the school cannot keep the children safe during breaks and meals.
We would remind you that you have received, or will receive, all information on the pastoral plan, the timetable of classes and school fees from the class teachers in the ‘school leaflet’.
School fees
Learning materials: £20 per school year for each child
The 1st instalment for the winter term (11 Saturdays in the term), payable by 11 September 2021, is:
£154 – for the first child + the learning materials fee £143 – for the second child (total for two children per term: £297) £121 – for the third and each subsequent child (total for three children per term: £418)

Preparation for First Holy Communion:
– for children attending our school £15 per term – for children from outside our school £25 per term
Parents who would like to enrol their children in catechesis preparing for First Holy Communion are asked to contact the Headteacher by email. The organisational meeting with parents will take place on 25 September at 8:15.
We are looking for volunteers to work as Teaching Assistants.
It is demanding work, but interesting and a source of great joy! For more information, please contact the Headteacher by email or phone.

By entering your email address there, you will receive the most important information as it is published. We suggest that parents whose children have been at the school for a long time also update their email address, as a way of refreshing their registration
